well, we have accepted an offer and they are first time buyers so they want to be in as soon as possible, so it looks like I could be flying out to chch in a few weeks time with hubbie following on later.

Congratulations Moggy! What a huge burden lifted off your back! We sold ours just two weeks ago and I am still wondering if it actually happened! Bring lots of warm clothes - I heard it has been very cold in Chch. We are moving there also - around the second week of September!
