Only 3 days to go...

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the forum for listening to me ramble on about our dilemas of our move over the past few months...you've all been a great help and hopefully others going through the move will find the forum helpful.

Sorry I haven't been online lately, we've been so busy sorting out our packing and saying our goodbyes to friends and family. It takes a lot longer to say goodbye to everyone than you'd imagine.

We're setting off on Wednesday avo, heading straight to Kuala Lumpur for 6 days then heading to NZ.

We're both really excited. It hasn't hit home yet that we're actually moving out as it all feels like a holiday at the moment. I'm sure when we're AKL bound it'll start to feel real.

Will keep you all posted once we're a bit more settled in NZ, hopefully have lots of good things to tell you about.

I hope everyone else can get moving soon and all the house sales and plans go ahead as expected, I have my fingers crossed for everyone. Once the plans are in place and the countdown is underway the time just flies by.

Have a really good time during your trip and holiday in KL. :smiley20: I remember well how quick time flew once we decided on a date to move, and the unreality of the day we left - there was no "goodbye house, goodbye town, goodbye England".

Wow, just 3 days left???? I can't believe that!! Well I suppose I must seeing as time is going just as quick for us too!! (Exactly 5 weeks today!!! Aghhhh!! Yippee!! ha)

Deb - it wont be long till your counting down the days rather than the weeks, I remember when we had 5 weeks to go and we thought we had ages to wait!
