We finally got the house on the market again on Wednesday. The same day we have a request for a viewing today (Friday)

We know how it feels - we are about 4 weeks away from completeing our sale. Everytime the solicitor homes up my heart jumps in case its bad news. So far no problems though - fingers crossed.

Well they seemed to like the place and have no chain (they plan to rent their current house out), but there were looking at several the same day, so who knows.
But we have another viewer for tomorrow, so fingers crossed again for that on.
