NZIS updates

Amendments to the Skills Shortages List , which will take effect on 24th July, 2006. Possibly this is part of the NZIS revamp.

Changes to the Skilled Migrant Category effective from 24th July.

Changes to the Immediate Skills Shortages effective from 24th July.
