Now to put the house on the market again

As soon as the house is sold (again), we had to cancel the sale as it looked like we may not get PR at one point, so now we have to go through the process again. I will fly out as soon as contracts have been exchanged as I am so fed up with my job I don't want to hang around here any longer.

I take it the previous interested party is no longer looking for a place? It's the ideal time to have your house on the market being summertime unless, of course, people are too busy planning or going on holiday.

Well it has taken 7 months since we submitted the application - we had expected a decision back in february.
No the buyers had found somewhere else, but they have offered to sell their searches to any buyer that we find - which would speed the sale up and save them some money.

You must be thrilled. Lets hope you sell your house quick smart. At least you know its sellable if it went once before.

Got all my fingers crossed for you. We're still waiting on our papers for our house sale to be signed then we're going to book our flights as well.
