The experience is starting

Its happening !

Well, having taken redundency the end of December my three months gardening leave came to an end two weeks ago.
Trying to get a temp job proved harder than I thought so I had to send my wife out working whilst I became a house cleaning expert.

After the dissapointment of our house sale falling through in March we are hopefully back on stream and look to complete during May.
Meantime we have rented my property from this weekend and have to go back into the one were selling ( now void of tenants ) from Thursday!
We have reduced our gear dramaticly as they wanted to rent our property furnished.

So, we have 4-5 weeks with no bed or furniture just clothing and diving/ski gear and ourselves to look at.

Anyway , it makes it a lot easier deciding what we need to ship to NZ for our December arrival now.
My wife gave notice at work yesterday so we are now starting to sweat and hope all goes to plan.

So, I havent even got internet access at the house as we cant be bothered paying for a line and so its the local internet cafe or libruary from no on to keep in touch with all.

At least getting along with basics for the next month will get us prepared for our six months travelling through ASIA on route to NZ.

And I'l still keep in touch extracting various info of the site and keep you all informed of our progress.

Don't worry, Dawn. I'll be the last one rattling round here after everyone else has gone. Some days I feel I'm talking to myself on here anyway, so I've had plenty of practice for when it happens for real. I'll still be sitting here typing away to an empty forum with cobwebs draped over me.

Macfod, good luck with it all. At least you're making progress and know in which direction you're headed.

Hope all goes plain sailing now!! You get used to the lack of posessions after a while and begin to wonder why you had so many in the first place.
