Wow Moggy was right, my sincerest apologies. You know those things that you were told as a kid and just take as red ever since considering they never come up in conversation.

Well that was it. Think someone told me it was a zither!! The Riddle is over all hail to the Mog and Goog

That's a really nice home, Moggy. It appears that someone plays Celtic music? One of my (many) favorite music flavours. I wonder what it is that makes UK real estate agents so lackadasical? Do they get paid even if the house doesn't sell? Good luck with the sale.

Yes I love all sorts of folk music though particularly Scandinavian, but started off like many players being classically trained. The flute is what a first learnt, then guitar, violin, the harp is the most recent addition, I had wanted one for ages.

No these days if the house does not sell, they don't get paid, they also get paid a percentage, so it is in their interests to get a good price, however they never seem to work in your favour in to get the interested party to increase their offer. I have dealt with so many bad estate agents in my time it is unbelievable

I was recently reading that the agents would rather sell many houses quickly at a modest rate than a few houses slowly at a higher rate. Makes sense when viewing it from their position, but not encouraging to the seller.

I wish I were musically inclined, but alas, didn't get that valuable early training. Not that I need to pick up any more pastimes, but it would be nice to do more than plunk out a clumsy tune.
