Default used to agents

well
I have sold about 15 houses in my time and have never been happy with agents- but needs must sometimes and In the London area we need someone to show them round the house- but they are so slow sometimes.
I cant fault there website its just general reply and updates.
but, fingers crossed.
Maybe we might have to drop the price a little for encouragement soon.
we just want to go

I would say that if you aren't getting viewers then there is either a problem with the estate agent, or the price. However if you are getting viewers and no offers, then I wouldn't think it was the price that was the problem.

Are your tennants OK with people being shown round, or do they leave the place a mess?

I would also agree that agents can often be a necessary evil in life. I can't think of one that I could recommend.

Default top tenant

not a problem with the tenant- he is a captain of a big rugby club.
We have had 12 viewing in three weeks with no bites as yet and strange no second viewings,

We stuck it on the market quite high and came drop but as you say if it was too high then viewing would be less.
Maybe drop it ?10k next week if no viewings and kick the agents again

Wow only just read this...nice house.

Only thing that won't sell that house is the market conditions and they're on the up so relax would be my advice. Not that you sound panicked at the mo hehe.

Oh....and the :icon_mrgreen: :icon_mrgreen: :icon_mrgreen: <<<<music room perhaps :icon_mrgreen:

You can't see the the 4 violins, 5 flutes, 4 recorders, 2 guitars, bodhran, zither and psaltery and stacks of sheet music in the picture. There wasn't a lot else I could call it

lol was referring to colour more than anything, hence the smilies. Isn't a zither one or those twangy things you flicks and let it vibrate through teeth Rolfy stylee.

oh with you now, too subtle for me :icon_mrgreen: :icon_mrgreen: It's not as green as it looks in the pick, really quite, pale, exactly same colour as the pic of the other bedroom

no, I think you are thinking of a jews harp. The zither I have is about 18inches, sounds a bit like a harp
