pr today!!!!

hi guys
just wanted to tell somebody my good news received a email today telling me we have been granted pr. :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin:
cant believe its sorted at last
trouble is i now have to go and tell my mum, she has been very supportive so far but i think this will really hit home :icon_sad: :icon_sad:

Hope your mum takes your news OK. Perhaps you could soften the blow with some form of compromise, like talking over plans for her to visit you and how you can keep in touch while you're apart. If she's OK with the computer, perhaps you can encourage her to chat to you on one of the instant messenger sites, like MSN or Yahoo, complete with webcam. It really is a great way to stay in touch. Give her something of her own to look forward to. Let us know how you get on.

I agree with Mother Bear on using IM and webcam if your mum is comfortable with computer. You can also send her many letters and pictures and even video recordings through snail mail, she will be glad.

thanks for the advice,have done the deed went round with the wife and kids
so they could cheer nanny up after.
she is ok on the computer so no probs with web cam and with the promise
i will buy a dvd camcorder and send loads home the tears stopped.
so now its time to get the house sold
hope to be leaving june/july time!!!! :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin:
