under ?20 for a family of four..

i did a quick search at www.moneysupermarket.com

out of interest , where did you book your flights?

Hi

We got annual world-wide cover with Direct Travel ( www.direct-travel.co.uk ) for ?68 for a family of 4. We have been with them for 3 years now & thankfully never had to claim on them - so cant comment on their claims handling, but they are under written by good old AXA.
