Can someone advise on obtaining entry into NZ
I'm 48 and my wife is 54 next year.

So does the age restriction apply to me at 54?
If getting a job or starting a business then we havent got to horry before she reaches her birthday!

I think 55 is the cut off point, Macfod. I'm not sure how the age thing would affect you if you are hoping to enter NZ on tourist visas and look for work once you're there. It could be that the age limit comes into force if you're applying from outside NZ and looking for a WTR visa or other work-related visa.

It is the age of the principal applicant that is the consideration, the partner's age is, to a degree, immaterial.
