Dunedin Web sites

Hi
Does anyone know of any sites covering the area that I could ask specific question on.
Such as what type of business's are needed and what it lacks in Dunedin maybe to give me a guide to starting up our own business in the area.
I have the Otaga site and tourism Dunedin and visit Dundedin.
But , need more of a local people type site to chat on..
