For those of you who went, how did you get on at the London Expo?

Hey Mother Bear,

I went to the Expo on Saturday and it was great. I think it was more geared up for "professionals" like people in healthcare, engineering and finance to mention a few...but there were quite a bit of agencies looking for all sorts of people

Lots of friendly people (can't expect less from kiwis :icon_wink: ) and lots of helpful advice on moving, setting up bank accounts ect ect. From the advice I have been given at the expo, I know what bank I will be setting up an account with. BNZ were even offering the open accounts on the spot! The Positively Wellington stand was very busy and I was told that they were setting up interviews there.

And the lil extra that help, lots of sampling of kiwi goodies and treats :icon_wink:

I had a nightmare in the end I had to work so I couldn't make it!! It's very frustrating!! I don't think Skyblue made it either for the same reason!!

If anyone happened to notice there being anythin about the NZ Prison Service could you plkease let me know

Aw, what a shame, Fi. Don't suppose you'll get another chance to go now. It wasn't sabotage by the Prison Service, trying to stop you going, was it? :icon_eek:

We went to the Expo last week and had quite a productive time. We had a really godo chat with some of the people on the NZIS stand who were very helpful.

There were lots of recruitment stands but I didn't see anything from the prison service.
