Default Sponsorship?
Hi

This is my first post. I am looking to find out if anyone knows about a sponsorship scheme in NZ or if there is one! I have a relative living in NZ and she seems to think that she can sponsor me over there but I can't seem to find any information aboutit anywhere.

Please Help

Here's a link to the NZ immigration site and if you click on the drop-down menu at top right 'I want to', choose the item that appears to best suit your needs and see if it contains any information that might be useful to you. Failing that, I'm sure someone will appear with some useful information for you soon.

I believe for family to sponsor someone it has to be a very close family member i.e. parents sponsoring children or vice versa and possibly siblings sponsoring one another.

I don't know if Skybluearmy is about at the moment but he's a prison officer going through the immigration process. He's had a job offer so it seems likely you would be welcome over there. Also Mike of M&S is a senior prison officer and he's had a job offer too, so the jobs are certainly about. Perhaps they can tell you more. Good luck.
