What are th realistic chances,,,,

of getting a perminant visa??

i mean ,I've got my 12 month working holiday visa and me and my lady are coming to auckland in october...let's say we both get jobs we like and both employers want us full time,,how easy is it for the company to sponsore us etc?!?!

any advice will be great!

As long as those jobs are skilled, and you have experience in that field, then getting permanent residency shouldnt be too difficult.

It does, of course, depend on age, amount of work experience related to your job, qualifications etc etc, so try taking the points test on the immigration website as if you had a job. If you score enough, you're in with a good chance!
