RECRUITMENT AGENCIES FOR MIGRANTS

Does anybody know of any good recruitment agencies for migrants in NZ? that is, agencies which allow people w/o PR or work permit to apply for a job towards a work permit? :icon_confused:

Hi Calazo,

There's quite a few people I know who used Newjobz, and had great success with them. Their only downside is the cost.

You can't expect a company to be perfect every time someone uses them, it just doesn't happen!

Anyway, there arn't any other specific 'migrant' job agencies that I know of. As one agency told me, too many applicants from abroad have a tendancy to never arrive, so making the agency look bad.

If you have a flight booked, and can prove to them you are determined to get to NZ, then some will help you.

Hmmm does that mean there's a niche there Taffy!!??

I feel a 'cunning plan' coming when I get PR!!

I edited the first post as the comments referred to were just an argument about customer service. Like Taffy says, not all customers are happy with there service from any company, and there are many good stories contrary to the points raised in the comments that were referred to.
