any one know any thing about Te Awamutu
We should be arriving in NZ early October, and have both got jobs in Hamilton. I have looked at the map and done the usual radius thingy, of half hour drive to work. I have noticed Te Awamutu, and this looks quite a biggish place on the map. Does any one have any info about the place, is it a decent palce to live, and is there much going on in the town. Any news would be welcome.

any one know any thing about Te Awamutu
Te Awamutu is not that big, but does have a reasonable sized town. There's pretty much everything you could want in shops, but I think entertainment is somewhat lacking.
It's a lovely little town otherwise, and well under 30 minutes drive from Hamilton on mostly a good 4 laned road (2 lanes in each direction). | |||
