How do you bring in to NZ lady from Latvia object Marriage

I am a Australian resident and been here all my working life. I have fallen in love with a lady from Latvia who has visited me and we want to live together in New Zealand. What is the proceedure or correct line of action I should take to get her over here as a resident of NZ. There seems to be several different approaches.
