NZ Health Care

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me a bit about the Health Care system in NZ. We will probably need help when trying for a baby and I want to know where to find out more about what is available. Am I right in thinking we would only qualify for help once we had been there for a while? Does anyone know what provision there is for that type of problem?

We're thinkin at least a couple of years down the line but it is a big issue for us and it needs a lot of consideration.
