What's going on with EOI draw???

It should have been held on 13th April.
Anybody know what's happening?
I just sent my EOI (120 points) the other day (15th) and I don't know if the selection points remain at 100...

From the NZIS site:

The frequency and number of selections from the Pool is based on a number of factors, including:

the number of places available in the Skilled/Business stream of the New Zealand Immigration Programme
*
the quality of Expressions of Interest in the Pool (as indicated by their points scores), and
*
the total number of Expressions of Interest in the Pool at selection time.


It may be that there werent enough applications and/or the 'quality' was too low, so it may be another few days before a selection is made.

Yes, there was definitely a draw on 13 April - I know because I got selected. I think it just takes them a few days to post the results - would normally be the following Monday by the looks of it. Perhaps they've been busier now people are worrying about the 100 points changing. Results could be out Tues/later instead?

How many points do you have?

100 points, no job offer. As far as I can work out, that's irrelevant once you've been selected, and only really affects the potential time it takes them to get round to looking at your application. Once you're over the selection hurdle, you're over. They seem to announce the next selection point with the results of the last one.

As it seems we'll have to wait another ten days or so to see if the selection point remains at 100, as we sent our EOI online on 15th.

DOn't know if we should be happy or scared for it...

The latest draw has just been published and it is still at 100 points.
