Uni transfer / costs?

Hi All

just like to ask if anyone has any experience of transfering from a UK Uni to a NZ one?

Also, anyone know what the cost of NZ Uni is compaired to the UK?
Do they have student loans, etc as in UK or something else?

Hi,

Well, depends what situation you're already in! If you've done 1 or 2 years of a degree, then you can have this assessed and possibly carry your points to an equivalent course in an NZ uni. If you havent already started, then you have no worries at all!

Costs: International Students costs over $16k per year, domestic just over $3k a year (all in NZ Dollars)

thanks for the response.

So if we manage to get into NZ under the skilled migrant catagory (via, EOI, ITA & PR) then I guess we'd be classed as domestic!!??
