Default EOI online plus child supplement form
I completed an EOI (online version) tonight and it says that I should fill out an additional Child Supplement Form for both dependent children of mine.
The problem is I couldn't find them online.
All I have is a .pdf version, but don't know what to do with it. Do I lodge EOI online and send Child Supplement Form by post or what?:icon_question:
Any ideas?

Guess a lot of you have children as well, so you had the same problem.

The child supplement form is actually part of the online form (the bit that asks for your childrens name and passport number). HTH

Thanks for the answer. I guess you have kids too so you had to fulfill it...

BTW I heard Christchurch is a nice place to live in.
