length of time for application

Doing a quick check on my points now that i know more about it, it looks like that even without a job offer I may have up to 140 on my own and from what people say I can also get some points from my husband, So I am guessing that we easily could get 150 without job offers between us. Does this qualify us to speed through the system, or is it still going to take months?
