Family Questions in the EOI

Hi,

Don't know if anyone can help - my question is regarding the family section on the EOI.

It mentions that they need confirmation about all your family, then you move down to the question where it asks you to give family members names etc.... they say it should just be brother, sisters, parents but in the "relationship to you" it gives options for aunts, uncles, in laws etc.....

so is it just brother, sisters, parents or aunts and uncles also?????

Just put parents, partners, children and siblings. This section of the form is mostly there in case someone from your family wants to join you in NZ, and gives you the ability to sponsor them. It does have its other purposes (like checking whether any immediate family is a trouble maker!), but just stick to closest members of your family. After that, its up to you who else you put on there.. depends how much time you have spare!
