Default New Medical and X-ray Forms
Does anybody know where I can get a copy (ideally in an electronic format) of the new post April 4th Medical and X-ray certificate as I am having difficulties downloading it from the NZIS site? Can't believe its going to cost ?450 per person!!!!

Just as a temporary solution, I've put it on my website.
See if that works.

I should imagine they will mind - copywrite NZIS etc.

Can see the resulting crimial record will not help the police checks Steve!

Default Panel of approved doctors
Hello everyone!
I am having difficulties in downloading the list of approved doctors from the NZIS website. Anyone else out there having the same difficulties? Do you know where else I could get hold of the list so that I can get the ball rolling? I have just received my ITA but the paperwork seems interminable and it is turning into a really frustrating (and expensive) experience... :icon_cry:

Have you tried these two addresses:

The latter one needs cookies enables, otherwise you get an entpy form !
And doesn't work for me at the moment :icon_sad:

Where are you.
