Help me someone please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are just awaiting medicals on March 3rd then will be able to submit ITA I have a job offer and am on the POL now i have readr and re read all the guides to PR and think i am either missing something or am totally dense. Rule 18A. Do i have 3 months from time application is approved to get out to NZ and start my job (this is what i thought) OR Is it the standard 12 months but a three month deadline once landing in NZ to start your job i really don't know now. Panicking slightly as what if house not sold within 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12 Months to get to NZ, not sure about the 3 months to start your job, but that could well be true, and you must remain in that job for a minimum of 3 months after you start or your residency will not be granted.

Hope that clears 2 thirds of that up for you!

Panick over just received email from case officer (i thought i'd ask him direct) he says
You have 12 months from the date of issue of the residence visa to arrive in NZ and take up the residence. A residence permit is granted to you on arrival in NZ. You then have 3 months to start work.
These dates are maximum periods from our perspective - you obviously have to work around the date that the employer can keep a position open for you.
