I FINALLY have a job!

What started as a 3 month job search back in July 04 has taken all the way up to 11 hours from now.

I'm starting work tomorrow with Telecom's Yellow Pages Division in Auckland.

My first interview with them was waaaay back in September. It took them a few months to figure out they wanted to take the chance on me, and then another month of buerocratic delays.....but the day has finally come.

Thanks for your support during those 6 months of trying to find a job.

I'll get around to finally getting together a really nice list of USA>NZ differences.

I've also written about "Why" someone should come to NZ. It's geared towards Americans, but it makes sense for you Brit's too (and from anywhere else, except Antartica....don't think they have the Net down there).

It's funny you should mention that.... I was thinking myself that not much has been done to this site for some time now, but with the dealings of moving, it had to take a back seat for a time....

Well, things are about to change, and you can all look forward to some changes around here! I wont go in to details, but i've got a lot of big changes and new stuff planned! Watch out for another posting (as this is going off the thread a little) about whats going to happen.
