I agree Lainy,

This forum is for people to find out information about moving to New Zealand - that includes whether their criminal records will affect applications for residency. I do not see the need for such an attack on the original poster.

I have noticed that in your recent posts you've had a tendancy to attack other posters. Please think about your future posts Ruahine, and if you feel the need to attack other members of a forum, please do so somewhere else.

This forum has always been a friendly place to find out information and chat to other like minded individuals, and it will continue to be so.

Jodie

I have to say I agree too Ruahine, perhaps you were having a bad day?

We are all entitled to express an opinion and we are entitled to disagree. I think that disagreement can be expressed without the need for personal attacks on others.

Jodie is right, this is a friendly forum, a place we can come to get advice about moving to NZ. I would be very happy if it stayed that way :icon_biggrin: :icon_cool:

Lisa :icon_biggrin:

PS Tall 72, I wanted to reply but I dont know the answer, my only suggestion would be to call NZ house, but I wish you all the best in your quest to 'make it' to NZ :023:

i was worried about an altercation i had with glasgow's finest a year or so ago.

I got in touch with a couple of the immigration agencies and they put my mind to rest. I just got a fixed penalty for breach of the peace but I was a bit worried that it would affect my application.

The best bit of advice I got was to be honest about it when you apply.. don't attempt to cover it up, ..

good luck to you mate..
