After the work on the NZIS site our status was changed from "Decision Successful" to "Selected from the Pool". :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif

I know that the "Decision Successful" only occurred because the case was passed to the London branch but we still haven't heard from the NZIS yet and I'm starting to feel slightly anxious about how long it is taking to get to the next stage. :icon_frown:

I think there are a couple of others like this, myself included,nobody has been in to modify my EOI, so I guess we are still waiting to be looked at by a very nice person!

We were selected on 1st September, 110 points with no job offer, rumour was that it would take until at least mid December to reach us, to be honest we are not planning on leaving until late next year or early 2006, so the longer it takes to get the paperwork out to us the better.

Well we rang the NZIS London branch on Monday and we were told that due to the sheer number of applicants that were selected from the pool on the 1st of September it would probably be the end of December before everyone who was selected on the day would have a decision!

But I have checked today on the NZIS's website and our status has changed to Decision Successful and the EOI was updated today with the same status (This is shown at the top of the EOI if you select print).

Well I'm not sure that it is going to help much as our EOI is 270**. We have 105 points but I know people with both a higher points total and a lower EOI number are still waiting.

Yes I know. It's early days and there's no clear picture yet.
But, the more I have the clearer it becomes.

It'll be nice to see people (hopefully including us !) moving across to the winners post :icon_biggrin:
And we'll get to see how many get PR and how many get a work visa, and how long each stage is taking.

After reading last night how some of us are being put back to 'selected' i thought i'd have look - oh my god we've been put back too!!!
I sent an e-mail this morning to NZIS and be it coincidence or not within a couple of hours the 'decision successful' was back again!!!!!!!!
Fantastic!!!
Hope you guys also get put back a.s.a.p.
