Is it really possible??!?

hi all..
me and my girlfriend are seriously thinking about moving to NZ next September...we're saving already.
her brother is married to a lady from NZ and they are also moving back to NZ in June next year and we want to follow them!.

I work in a press office in a Record company (music industry) and my girlfriend is a prep clerk for a major London hospital...

can we realistically move there - or would the visa stuff prevent our dream from coming true!!??

(we're both under 26 by the way)
