Default Shipping Animals...

hi lainy,

glad you got your pets sorted! with regards to shipping, we used Bargate International, tel: 01604 679500. they are based in Northampton but will collect your stuff from anywhere within the UK. now, we haven't actually received our stuff yet - it is still en route and due to arrive in Auckland on the 17th december, so we have yet to see what condition it arrives in :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif , but up until now, Bargate have been very helpful, prompt in their repies to any queries I have, and their price wasn't too bad either! you're looking at your stuff taking around a month to arrive by ship, and you then have to arrange the collection/delivery of the things and arrange things like customs procedures and local taxes with the shipping lines' agent, but Bargate tell you exactly how to go about it all.

so there's my humble opinion anyway......... i may well be posting further in a week or so's time, if our stuff arrives mouldy/damaged/missing etc - as i will have to un-recommend Bargate! but to avoid keeping you waiting, i posted now, as we've had no problems so far!

all the best,

Welshgirl :icon_biggrin:
