Please help - NZQA

Hi we've been selected from the pool on 15th September and are now trying to get my qualification assessed.
Need a bit of help with NZQA form.
On page 13 item 16 it says, "You must enclose transcripts for each year of study" What does this mean :icon_question:

Each year you were at university (or similar) you will have recieved a record of the classes / courses etc you passed + grades etc. That is what I think they are after. - the content of your qualification and how well you passed them..

We figured that was the case. I have a certificate which outlines my course work and gives levels of qualifications, so that will do.
