Get A New Life at 8pm on BBC2 next Sunday is about a family moving to New Zealand.

The description from the BBC's website:-

Get a New Life
New Zealand: Can Melissa Porter and Scott Huggins help Cate and Sean Denson's dream of a new life in New Zealand work out? Things are looking fraught with their families, and what about work?

Be good to see another programme about emigrating to New Zealand!

Hi Netchicken

Just to let you know I appreciate your posts ::): and will definately let you know about the programme, I have a feeling it's a repeat of the Goddards though,( The only family to have been featured in a relocation programme to NZ, that I know of anyhow)... anyone have any idea about that?

It is a new series of Get A New Life and this is not a repeat of the Goddard's episode. The family in this show are called the Denson's.

Powerrangers!

We get all the american reality shows -99% are rubbish, pity something like this, which would be facinating to see our country through others eyes, we don't seem to get...

I saw "The last samuri" on dvd last week. It was all filmed around New Plymouth. Good movie, very few shots of Mt Egmont though, I would have expected more of this Mt Fuji look alike.

The new NZ programme is on BBC2 tonight at 8pm for anyone who is interested.
Interested about the fraught family bit, as ours are playing up a bit at the mo. Anyone else had that problem?

Poor people, as they say you cant pick your family, I know it would be hard for her mother but if my mum treated me like that it would be her loss.
