I still haven't gotten my letter from NZIS saying I've been selected. Maybe they changed their minds :017:

I have a copy of destination New Zealand..in it Paul Swain is quoted as saying skilled migrants who are selected jobless have no guarantee of permanent residence through the SMC, those with 100 points and no job do not get automatic residence, these people will only be granted residence once they have secured a job.....So I think that's good news? provided you get a job on arrival you'll get residence!
