Proof of work experience.

Hi,

Here's the deal..... Frodo has lots of work experience, the last 7 years of which have been with the same company. Unfortunately, before he joined his current employer he moved around quite a bit, based in London.

All the companies he used to work for have now gone bust ( I won't comment about his current employer :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif ) and he didn't keep any of his payslips/P60s.

I'm sure he'll have to prove he has all this lovely work experience, so will the IR be able to help us out here? Can you order old P60s from 7+ years ago? Any other ideas?

We hae the same problem with Andy, several of the companies he has worked for have been taken over, or closed, maybe it is worth contacting the dreaded Inland Revenue to ssee if you can get replacements.

I'm sure they must be able to give us something! They always seem to have an uncanny knack of digging up the past when you don't want them to :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif so I'm sure they must have the resources.
