Default civil Engineering jobs in NZ

Hi All,

I recruit engineers for NZ based clients, currently working with people from Colorado and Montana, just placed someone from Minnesota. If I can provide any help or assistance please ask.

Recruiting is not much fun, getting to meet new people and help them change their lives is.

cheers,

Carey

As you are in the field of recruitment would you know which is the best company to approach for a job working in an ISP or network support?

Are you also in the market for geologists? My consort & I have worked in environmental consulting & regulating (hazardous waste sites & landfills), geotechnical work for civil engineers, and geohazards assessment. Sorry, no mining or oil.

My brother is a civil engineer (CE), and he has shown an interest in immigrating also, what money do you earn out there a a CE. He is very good, educated at London Imperial college. He is and has always been freelance.

Civil engineers are on the skill shortage list, he should have no problem. Have a look at seek.co.nz, you can search for construction jobs. I guess, +repeat guess, around the $100k pa which is double the average family income. If he does go the skilled migrant route be careful how he words the covering letter, more info to come in the Immigration section.
