Shipping a few boxes

Hi everyone,

I'm after a bit of advice please! We're wanting to send out a few things that we kept (in Mum's loft - aren't they wonderful! ::): ) and wondered if anyone has done this and can give any recommendations please?

We want to send out a DVD & Surround sound system, (quite heavy cos of the woofer thing!), Hi-Fi system, PS2 & games, a box of CD's and a box or 2 of personal bits like piccies etc. Not much but a few bits and peices that I've lived without for long enough! :icon_wink: Any ideas how much this'll cost us and who we could use? It's all in Bristol at the mo.....

Or if anyone's heading to Wellington and has a bit of room in their suitcase..... he he he!! :icon_lol:

I'd probably get your parents to try UPS or Fedex. Not really that cheap but, reliable.
Parceforce can be a bit ropey though, but I would imagine with what you've said, it would be ?250-300 + insurance.

Or..
I think if memory serves, there is a branch of Mail Boxes Etc in Bristol. They are pretty good for packing things properly and shipping and are usually very good - I use them a lot in the US and they are great.
Perhaps you could get the parents into your local branch and go from there!
