'Immigrant Friendly' Awards

None of us truely know what to expect when trying to emigrate. It's very important to know that the people you deal with, whether it be immigration consultants to furniture stores, are going to be reliable and understanding of your difficult time.

So, MoveToNZ is launching the 'Immigrant Friendly Awards' for companies who are just that.

If you would like to nominate a company that you have had experience with, please post their company name, plus any contact information you may have about the company. Each company will be notified of their nomination and subsequent award.

Why?

Freephone international number, opened our accounts over the phone, no fuss, no silly questions, accounts opened very smoothly. All we have to do is go to the branch when we arrive to be issued with our EFTPOS cards and check books.

Hi Taffy,

What's the free phone number? Do they charge for withdrawls from cash points ? I'm sure I can remember reading somewhere that NZ banks are dreadfull for charges????

They have different account options with different fees, and if you keep above a certain level of money in the account, all fees are waived.
