Steve, Taffy...... I'm THIS close to throwing my wee Mac out the window! ( I won't though cause it's loooooovely)

I'm soooooo close to completing the EOI but I'm having probs with the work experience page. It only saves my first entry and when you add others, it come up with some spraff about completing all the fields and highlights everything in red......that's all the fields I've completed already BTW!

grrrrrrrrrrrrr

said cat is currently fast asleep on the bed, blissfully unaware that in 18 months she'll be packed into a cardboard box, thrown into the hold of 747 and transported 12000 miles to a new home. hohoho

We have yet to decide what to do with our moggy bless her cotton socks... sounds mean, but it all depends on how much shipping her over would be :)

Hi Milliemoo

This is us... Louise, Andrew and our son Stuart.

We have been thinking about emigrating for the past 5 years and decided that this year would be the year to apply. Andy is a Production Engineer, seems to be a few jobs in Christchurch area, I am a jack of all trades and master of none. We both however have a BTEC under our belts Andys is in his field and mine is in Buisiness and Finance. We managed to amass huge 110 points on the EOI so not holding our breath.

Oh and then there is the cat aptly named Kitty, a hamster Fluffy and a goldfish.

Louise

Great, Have you been to NZ before?

I (Cath AKA Milliemoo) have but Frodo (AKA Duncan) hasn't. I've always wanted to go back, and Frodo will get the chance to check it out next year. We're going on a wee jolly in Nov 05 and aim to move in Spring 06. we didn't plan to submit the EOI so soon, but thought we'd take advantage of the low pass mark.

We hope to settle in the North Shore, but we'll check out a few places next year. Ooooooooohhhh it's all getting a bit scarey! :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif

We are off on a jolly this December for 3 weeks visiting Auckland and then a friend I have in the Bay of Plenty.

Im so excited, cant wait, she has loads planned for us to do and to top it off Andy and I are getting wed on the 17th Dec on the beach in O Hope, it has only taken us ten years lol.

We decided to hang around a couple of places for a while, we thought if we toured for 3 weeks it would be unfair on our little chap (he is coming up 7), we will be able to have days on the beach (factor 50 on) as well as visiting places like Rotorua and Gisborne.

Roll on December, Christmas on the Beach and all that :)
