Does NZI Hate Me ????

Am I the only one who can't access the online EOI ?

I've tried a PC, Mac and 3 different browsers, my 'cookies' are enabled, but I still get this message:

"Please accept our apologies that you are currently unable to access the website.

Please do not hesitate to contact us:

I noticed that they are doing work on the site on Sunday and thought that was what was c ausing the probs, but other people seem to be accessing it OK ????

I'm starting to take this personally.....does New Zealand not want me ??? I'm quite nice really....honest....please let me apply

Can you get the NZIS site at all or is just the form you are having trouble with?

All I know is that you have to register online to get the actual form.

You have been going to th wrong page mate.

Click on this : http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/

It is a new format. They are using it since last July. They have no page redirector for these. NZIS Website Admin needs a nice k*** ** ** ****

On the right margin is where yu enter yur name and password

After yu click on go - yu get anew page. On the top edge yu should see your name - logout/mange etc.

To go into yur EOI, again right margin, look under what is happening, and click on Skilled Migrant Homepage.

That will then open up new window, titled Onsite Services

I've managed to complete most of it, but just need to get some dates. Now that I've fould the b***** form, it's not too bad to complete.....saying that, it's already crashed once :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif

I want to get it finnished before the NZI site goes down tomorrow. I don't trust it to save all my info before submitting if they're 'upgrading' the site.

I'd seen that thread between you a Taffy...hohoho It didn't make that much sence to me before, but believe me, it does now! :smiley5:

Can I make a suggestion - don't shoot me if it doesn't work !

Put in the approximate dates.
Then submit.
I had some problems with the bank payment system.
It took a few tries.
Once submitted, you can then edit it, and put the right dates in later.

JUST DON'T EDIT IT WHEN THEY PICK !

It temporarily comes out of the pool when you edit !

That way, you at least know it's in and ready.

Wow, I've been doing the same thing, over and over. Even sent them an email saying "this is broke". And they replied saying I needed to call the immigration service or something. Ugh.

Glad this came up. I don't feel so stupid anymore. Like you, I tried Mac, PC, Firefox, IE, Safari, Mozilla.....blah.

I emailed them too! Got exactly the same response! :icon_eek: icon_exclaim.gif

Be warned, the site froze/crashed about 6 times and I had real problems with the work experience section. All complete now though :icon_biggrin:
The payment even went through first time, which a lot of people seem to have trouble with.

How many points do you have? Are you taking advantage of the low pass mark like us?
