Police check attention all Scots

:shock: Apply for your police check first before completing any other forms.Make sure you apply for a national one and not just a Scottish check, we assumed when asking for the correct form at the police station and saying it was for emigration purposes they would give us the correct one,they didnt and now we are told this one will take 6 weeks.

I had assumed you would do all this between you being pulled out of the EOI and submitting the residency application. Have I got something else wrong?

Oh sorry forgot to say which catogory we are applying under I am a passport holder but my husband is going under the partnership policy we dont have to do the EOI bit thank goodness so the rules will be different foryou. Stop worrying so much Relax :wink:
