Right neither job is on ltss list.......help

Hubby is just now doing aluminium joiner,only been doing it for 3 months,and as far as i know employer is signing him for another 3 months today.
its not on the list so doesnt matter too much as wont be using this for perm residence.
The other trade hubby has is solid plasterer,he has 2 yrs experience in this.
Again not on the list
In this ANZSCO it says this about solid plasterers
In New Zealand:
NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Registration or licensing may be required.

See if hubby could get a job doing this,and get another years experience
And i noticed support worker says 1 yrs on job experience and cleaner
If i could use these
Could we manage pr through this
or would he have to get offered a job on ltss list to apply?

If Colin goes for plastering instead of his aluminium joiner job, would he have to change employers? If so, if he could get a job offer from an accredited employer he could apply under the WTR category. A bit more about it.

If his employer isn't accredited there is still the new Essential Skills Work Policy. This would give Colin time to get his extra year in.

That list does have few construction sites on it
so heres hoping

We can start looking just now,at least he has contract going for 3 month ,so gives us time to search and get some money saved
And i really appreciate all your help,as im just not getting hang of looking up these immigration sites at all

Nor me. That site is a nightmare. I'm always finding stuff I've never seen before and, at the same time, losing stuff I did find, but can't find again when I need it.
