i gave that a go and i scored 135
but not sure if ive done it right
I couldnt find Colins job in ltss list,or future growth area on the calculator page
but on the immediate skills shortage list for Canterbury its on there
Stating needing 2 yrs experience
So when doing the check,i put in that in a job less than year but on skilled list.
Also stated i had employment in NZ
And it came to 135
Could this be right?Or have i filled it out wrong more like the thing

I thought job had to be on LTSS list for PR but i might
be wrong.

If you had some time to spare you could register on the immigration website and start filling out the actual EOI form online. It is only like a draft so you cna do as many as you won't and you don't have to pay anything until you decide to submit. That adds up the points as you go along. I had mine filled in about 12months ago ready to put the job offer on when we got here.

No, you're not wrong Beth. With the ISSL you can only apply for a WP and work your way to PR. You can't submit an EOI unfortunately.

Can someone please help? Where does the Appendix 11 skilled positions come into play?

I had my EIO application assessed and with joboffer will have 140 points. They reckon I can lodge EIO, and my proffession is not on any shortage list?
