My EOI's been selected!

hi all,
my eoi was selected this morning i thought id just check on me status and its says congratulations your eoi has been selected! (i know this is just the start) any ideas what happens now?
It says we will now conduct some preliminary checks of the information you have provided to determine whether your claim is accurate.
Does this mean they can withdraw it?( i have answered all the questions correctly i hope.)
When will i find out whether everythings ok?( i have a job offer)

Congratulations. The first step is underway.

Yes, INZ can knock some people back if they've overclaimed on their points or some other information doesn't check out. Let's hope that's not the case for you.

Here's a diagram of the whole process . Once INZ has checked out your info and all is well they should send you an ITA pack. This could take some time, so don't panic if it doesn't arrive in the next week or so. I'm sure others will have a better idea of the timings.

Thanks motherbear, as far as im aware i have answered everything correctly. At the moment the website is currently unavaliable to check the diagram of the whole process but will check later.
Im not getting to excited just yet becase i know things can turn around.

How long does this usually take ive been checking for the last few days just hoping for it to be successful lol.

It took us 2 weeks (we did have a job offer) but others who were selected the same day had to wait over a month or more. You will learn the art of waiting!!!!!!
