We left this section blank when we applied for PR. So our immigration officer came back and asked for father, mother, brother, sister from my wife and me. Our daughter is already part of our application.

This is the mail I got:
We require further information in regards to your family before we can proceed with your application. This information was requested in Section T and the Section O of the application form was not supplied.
We require the following details from you and your partner:
Details of ALL your family members, including those adopted legally or by custom. It is not necessary to list deceased family members. As defined in the guide, family includes biological and adoptive parents, and full, step and adopted brothers and sisters.
The information required are as follows:

+ Family name
+ Given names
+ Gender
+ Date of Birth
+ Partnership Status
+ Relationship to you
+ Country of Residence
+ Points (if any) claimed for this family member.
