    EOI january 31st
    medicals , police checks and evidence for residence visa posted 21st april. selected on 23rd april now just just waiting for decision. Job offer team leader ( mental Health) auckland accepted so hope to go at end of May.

    Residency Visa issued 7th July 2009!!!!!

    You health professionals are always a dead cert. Good on y matey!!! Makes me wish I'd trained in that field, altho I'm not sure the patients would have been that pleased:

    ME: Right, that's enough lying down, come on, get yourself up and
    about now.
    THEM: But nurse, I just came out of heart surgery, two hours ago.
    ME: And your point is? That's long enough! Up, out of bed and
    two laps round the ward, GO!!!!

    You would bring a breath of fresh air to the ward. Some patients need a kick up the back side like that - I know who to call next time I have an awkward patient
