Default Immigration Consultants?

Hello.

Myself and my Partner are wanting to move to New Zealand. I have partially filled out the EOI form (partner as main applicant) however my Husband needs a Job offer which will secure our points.

I was wondering if anybody knows the usefulness of a consulting group. is it worth using them to process all the applications etc rather than doing it ourselves.

Neither of us are declaring qualifications so would only be medicals and police checks etc to submit.

Would things happen quicker using a consultancy group as things would have to happen as quick as possible if my husband has a job offer.

Any advice would be great.

Beth :-/

Default Re: Immigration Consultants?

Hi Beth,

Immigration consultants always make us shudder on here. We've had very few people (if any at all) who have been happy with their services.

At the bottom of this page and on the next page is the answer given to someone else who was thinking of taking on one and there have been many other such posts along the way. You will part with a whole lot of money and, in the end, you will only have to give them the same info that you'd have to put on the EOI forms, so I'd say save your money and do it yourself. It certainly won't be any quicker. If you get stuck just ask on here and we'll try to help you through.
