We are about to submit our EOI online but cannot find the answer to question F5c. "What are the reference number, type and level assessed by NZQA". We have looked everywhere on the site and cannot find the reference number for my qualifications :icon_confused:

have you had your qualifications assessed by NZQA? If not you can't fill this bit in. You can still submit your EOI and them fax them the relevant information afterwards.
