you're probably blocking pop ups.
allow pop ups from the immigration.govt.nz domain, and you should be able to click the clusters etc on the eoi form.
or hold down the left hand control key when you click the link and the pop up should appear as well..

cant find a post i put on last night, may have sent it to wrong place.
forgive me if i have posted this twice.
when i am doing my online EOI ,and get to the partners basic quals section,i hit the pop up definitions of reconised quals and it lists from degrees to diplomers to trade quals ,yippy partner has a national diplomer
10 bonus points and no job total of 140.
another pop up list of reconised quals find uk list scroll down and at very bottom, diplomers for design need to be higher national diplomers(my oh diplomer is in graphic design)so no bonus points.
so i ring the NZ house help line and the guy asks which one is do i feel is most apt for us (mayby its just me but this is why im ringing a ?1 a minute help line, for help)i explain that the difference to us is 10 points that means being taken from the pool straigt away or not.he then asks why i dont stick it in with the 140 points(10 bonus for alls diplomer)so i ask if they think its wrong or that i am trying blag it a bit they may take a dim view and hold it up ,he advised to stick it in and at worst they would knock off the 10 points but theres a good chance with them looking at it and with 130 points we would get our ITA.sounds a bit odd i know .
any thoughts and advice good peeps

1.) Ring NZIS in NZ instead, you only have to pay international rates then as far as i know, which over a good few minutes soon starts adding up in the savings department.

2.) I'd agree with what the bloke says really, you wouldn't be 'blagging it' would you as you're acting on NZIS advice albeit verbal. Also that's all they would do (knock the 10 points off) on the assumption that you just misread small print or quals list. At the very least they'll ask you to get your qual verified my NZQA anyway but the key is, you're selected then so logged onto system. Doubt if they'd turn down ITA after that.

3.) Get a second opinion from NZIS NZ anyway and see if they think it's dubious, personally I don't think they will and they can't shoot you down for being honest and double checking th advice you've received.

Hope this helps

It's less formal that's all
kind of -
Personal Details
Acedemic quals
Key Attributes (team player, easy going, focussed, blah blah)
Employment History
Key responsibilities in current role
Referees

That's it, to the point and short and sweet. Just cos it's a Kiwi template however doesn't neccessarily sell you in the best light I guess it's what tack you wan to take.
I would imagine some employers will see it as an attribute that your british, cos of work ethic and professional manner, others I guess would like to see someone who can integrate and not be too 'up himself' with other employees, adopting there laid back culture a little more.

Personally I've gone for the latter because of my profession.
