Was just looking at them on the Dick Smith website, $499 for the console and $199 for the Wii Fitness game Probably also need extra controllers to make full use of the console at $99 each (consoles come with 1). Toys aint cheap these days!

Very expensive piece of technology...trademe has them on auction... make sure to buy rechargeable batteries...the contollers take 2 each and the fit board takes 4 and the system has a wireless card inside so you can get online too if wanting to go all the way w/ a router. They also have the additions of a steering wheel, golf club, racket, etc that connect to your controller. Then you may need the car since your out of gas money, I think it comes boxed up too

Good Luck spending your hard earned ca$h

Blimey, it would be cheaper to enter the Coast to Coast again! I've been trying to persuade the kids to put their saved up birthday money and pocket money into the Wii fund, but they're not having it. My eldest smiled when he told me that providing a Wii is one of my Parental Responsibilities! When I told him the tale of Chicken Licken (you know the one about you won't get to eat this cake unless you help me bake it) he said he wasn't bothered cos I'm old and will need him to set it up and show me what to do! And then he said that my Wii Fit age will be onehundredandeleventytwelveteen!
